All passengers must follow safety instructions provided by the crew. Alcohol consumption, littering, or misconduct onboard may result in termination of the trip without refund.

7. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
