Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. The following policy ensures fairness to both our guests and crew operations.

1. Cancellations by Customer

• 100% refund if canceled 48 hours before booking.
• 50% refund if canceled within 24–48 hours.
• No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before the trip.

2. Cancellations by Company

In case of bad weather, technical issues, or safety concerns, trips may be postponed or refunded in full.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
