Shipping & Delivery Policy
Gateway Speed Boats (operated by Ocean Tiger) offers experiential services, not physical goods. Hence, “delivery” refers to the successful execution of your booked trip or experience.
1. Service Fulfillment
Your booking is confirmed upon receiving a confirmation email or SMS from our team. The trip is considered “delivered” once the experience is completed as scheduled.
2. Scheduling
All bookings are date and time-specific. Clients must report at the designated boarding point at least 20 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may result in missed trips without refund eligibility.
3. Delays or Cancellations
In case of unavoidable delays due to weather, port restrictions, or technical issues, the trip will be rescheduled to the next available slot, subject to availability and safety clearance.
